While Auburn University welcomes all employers to recruit on our campus, Professional Partners of the Epsilon Omicron chapter of Beta Alpha Psi receive a number of unique benefits. First and foremost, only Professional Partners are invited to participate in BAP events on campus, including Meet the Firms career fairs and chapter meetings. Our chapter offers three levels of professional partner sponsorship to fit various budgets and desires for exposure to our members. These sponsorship tiers are outlined below.
Option 1 – SUPPORTING Professional Partner Sponsorship (no meeting presence)
$600/academic year
- Invited to participate in the chapter’s fall and spring “Meet the Firms” career fairs; entitled to bring six (6) representatives to each in-person career fair (virtual fair attendees are unlimited)
- Receive Beta Alpha Psi member/candidate rosters and Rising Accountant & Analyst Program member rosters each semester, which provide permanent/ local contact information + location preferences
- Option to participate in the Featured Professional Partner program
- Listed as a Professional Partner on the Beta Alpha Psi website
- Priority over non-BAP Professional Partners for reserving space on campus for interviews and/or social events
- Invited to niche BAP-hosted events throughout the year (e.g. Local/Regional Firm Resume Round-Up)
Option 2 – PRESENTING Professional Partner Sponsorship
$1,000/academic year
- Invited to participate in the chapter’s fall and spring “Meet the Firms” career fairs; entitled to bring six (6) representatives to each in-person career fair (virtual fair attendees are unlimited)
- Receive Beta Alpha Psi member/candidate rosters and Rising Accountant & Analyst Program member rosters each semester, which provide permanent/ local contact information + location preferences
- Option to participate in the Featured Professional Partner program.
- Bring 3 facilitators to chapter’s professional meetings throughout the year (representatives may attend the same meeting or be split between multiple meetings)
- Listed as a Professional Partner on the Beta Alpha Psi website
- Priority over non-BAP Professional Partners for reserving space on campus for interviews and/or social events
- Invited to niche BAP-hosted events throughout the year (e.g. Local/Regional Firm Resume Round-Up)
Option 3 – STRATEGIC Professional Partner Sponsorship
$4,000/academic year
- Invited to participate in the chapter’s fall and spring “Meet the Firms” career fairs; entitled to bring up to 15 representatives to each in-person career fair (virtual fair attendees are unlimited) + have twice the in-person booth space of Supporting or Presenting sponsors.
- Bring 8 facilitators to chapter’s professional meetings throughout the year (representatives may split between multiple meetings, but must be even between fall/spring)
- Receive $1,000 credit towards special sponsorships/ strategic initiatives
- Option to participate in the Featured Professional Partner program
- Listed as a Professional Partner on the Beta Alpha Psi website
- Invited to participate in Strategic Roundtable Discussions (feedback & policy-setting with SOA administration) each semester (fall: immediately prior to MTF; spring: late in semester)
- Receive Beta Alpha Psi member/candidate rosters and Rising Accountant & Analyst Program member rosters each semester, which provide permanent/ local contact information + location preferences
- Priority over all employers for reserving space on campus for interviews and/or social events
- Invited to niche BAP-hosted events throughout the year (e.g. Local/Regional Firm Resume Round-Up)

Annual sponsorship renewals take place each June (due August 1), and prorated rates are available for professional partners who become involved in the middle of our academic year (due December 1).
