The Rising Accountant and Analyst Program (RAAP) serves as the precursor organization to Beta Alpha Psi, cultivating the next generation of accounting and analytics talent before they’re eligible for full BAP membership. RAAP members are typically freshmen and sophomores who haven’t yet completed the coursework required for BAP but have already demonstrated interest and aptitude in accounting or analytics. The program’s curriculum includes four professional development forums per academic year – two each semester in September, October, February, and March – where members build foundational knowledge about the profession and the recruiting process.

RAAP Forum Title Sponsor Benefits (Limited to One Per Forum)

Title sponsors of individual RAAP forums will receive:

  • Early identification advantage: Access to approximately 25 talented underclassmen before they enter upper-level coursework or commit to other firms’ recruiting pipelines

  • Presentation opportunity: Featured speaker slot to present on recruiting-related topics tailored to a younger, early-identification audience who are just beginning to understand career options

  • Extended engagement: Bring up to five professionals to interact with students during both the seminar presentation and networking meal, allowing for meaningful relationship building

  • Multiple touchpoints per year: Four forums annually (September, October, February, March) provide opportunities to sponsor different sessions and maintain consistent visibility throughout the academic calendar

  • Meal networking: Dinner sponsorship (covered by BAP from sponsorship fees) creates a relaxed environment where students and professionals can have genuine conversations beyond formal presentations
