Sponsorship Information

While Auburn University welcomes all employers to recruit on our campus, sponsors of the Epsilon Omicron chapter of Beta Alpha Psi receive a number of unique benefits. First and foremost, only sponsors are invited to participate in BAP events on campus, including Meet the Firms career fairs and chapter meetings. Our chapter offers three levels of sponsorship to fit various budgets and desires for exposure to our members.  These sponsorship tiers are outlined below.

Option 1 – PLAINSMAN Sponsorship (no meeting presentation)
$600/academic year

  • Invited to participate in the chapter’s fall and spring “Meet the Firms” career fairs; entitled to bring six (6) representatives to each career fair.
  • Receive Beta Alpha Psi member/candidate rosters and Financial Leadership Society member rosters each semester, which provide permanent/ local contact information + location preferences.
  • Listed as a sponsor on the Beta Alpha Psi website.
  • Provided one page ad space in the Meet the Firms Employer Profile Book that is distributed to all accounting students.
  • Priority over non-BAP sponsoring employers for reserving interview room space during designated Accounting Interview Weeks in September.
  • Invited to niche BAP-hosted events throughout the year (e.g. Local/Regional Firm Meet & Greet).

Option 2 – EAGLE Sponsorship (on biennial rotation for meeting presentation)
$1,500/academic year (We are at capacity for this level.)

  • Invited to participate in the chapter’s fall and spring “Meet the Firms” career fairs; entitled to bring six (6) representatives to each career fair.
  • Receive Beta Alpha Psi member/candidate rosters and Financial Leadership Society member rosters each semester, which provide permanent/ local contact information + location preferences.
  • Included in the biennial (every other year) rotation to present at one of the chapter’s professional meetings.
  • Listed as a sponsor on the Beta Alpha Psi website.
  • Provided one page ad space in the Meet the Firms Employer Profile Book that is distributed to all accounting students.
  • Priority over non-BAP sponsoring employers for reserving interview room space during designated Accounting Interview Weeks in September.
  • Invited to niche BAP-hosted events throughout the year (e.g. Local/Regional Firm Meet & Greet).

Option 3 – TIGER Sponsorship (on annual rotation for meeting presentation)
$3,000/academic year (We are at capacity for this level.)

  • Invited to participate in the chapter’s fall and spring “Meet the Firms” career fairs; entitled to bring up to 18 representatives to each career fair + have twice the booth space of Plainsman or Eagle sponsors.
  • Have the right of refusal to present at one of the Chapter’s professional meetings during each academic year (no biennial rotation).
  • Listed as a sponsor on the Beta Alpha Psi website.
  • Invited to participate in Tiger Recruiter Roundtable Discussions (feedback & policy-setting with SOA administration) prior to Meet the Firms.
  • Receive Beta Alpha Psi member/candidate rosters and Financial Leadership Society member rosters each semester, which provide permanent/ local contact information + location preferences.
  • Provided one page ad space in the Meet the Firms Employer Profile Book that is distributed to all accounting students.
  • Priority over all employers for reserving interview room space during designated Accounting Interview Weeks in September.
  • Invited to niche BAP-hosted events throughout the year (e.g. Local/Regional Firm Meet & Greet).
