This calendar displays the dates/times reserved by BAP Professional Partners during the fall and spring semesters for in-person and virtual recruiting events (marked as “busy” if taken). We ask that employers inviting more than 10 students to an event reserve a social time slot (options listed below) to avoid conflicts. If your desired time is available, please email BAP Faculty Advisor Colby Lakas (colby.lakas@auburn.edu) to have it added to the calendar. Ideas for social event venues can be found here.

Time slots for Professional Partner-hosted socials:

• Daytime (typically a two-hour time frame between 7:45 and 4:45 CT)
• 5:00-7:00 pm CT
• 7:00-9:00 pm CT

NOTE: Additional dates of interest related to the academic/BAP calendar are also portrayed on this calendar. We do not reserve social time slots on days of BAP meetings or Meet the Firms but prefer to know your plans to avoid too much overlap in times/venues.

If you would like to advertise your social events to our students, we encourage you to use the following resources:

• Beta Alpha Psi and Rising Accountant and Analyst membership rosters (for direct outreach; BAP Professional Partners only)
• Send a blurb (graphics optional) for inclusion on the SOA Blog and weekly recruiting newsletter (due by Tuesday evening each week)
• Promote the event through your social media page and tag @auburnbap (we will re-share)
• Follow the guidelines of the Featured Professional Partner program, if you are a participant
