Career Fairs
Beta Alpha Psi members and candidates may volunteer to help with career fairs such as Meet the Firms (those who already have an internship), the Harbert College of Business Career Fair, and the Supply Chain Career Fair.
CPA Day
Beta Alpha Psi students get the opportunity to help with tours and activities for high school students interested in accounting.
High School Outreach
Through BAP’s High School Outreach, members will have the exciting chance to share their Auburn experience and accounting knowledge with local high school students.
Breakfast with BAP
Represent the accounting major and BAP while having breakfast with principles of accounting students!
Feed Our Neighbors
Feed Our Neighbors is a local non-profit that provides meal kits during holiday weekends to individuals in need. You will help assemble the meal kits at the Parkway Farmer’s Market and assist with the delivery efforts in the local area. It’s a very fulfilling service project!
Alabama Rural Ministry
Community Service Day dedicated to caring for our neighbors and improving local homes. Volunteers will assist with cleaning, organizing, painting, landscaping, minor repairs, and other hands-on projects.
SaveFirst
Members and Candidates currently enrolled in Income Tax 1 may volunteer with Impact America to prepare free tax returns for low-income, working families at local tax sites.
Food Bank
Available in the Fall and Spring Semesters, members and candidates may volunteer at the Food Bank of East Alabama. The Food Bank is in constant need of volunteer help to sort and package food which it distributes to low-income people through member agencies.
Exam Proctoring
Beta Alpha Psi members and candidates can sign up to help with exam proctoring for undergraduate exams.
RISE Mentorship Program
Beta Alpha Psi members get paired with a Rising Accountant & Analyst Program member. They throughout the semester to discuss recruiting, internships, and academics, giving the underclassmen an opportunity to ask questions and get to know older students in the major.
Financial Accounting Stars Banquet
Beta Alpha Psi hosts a dinner for the top students in the Principles of Financial Accounting classes. This banquet serves to honor these students, and educate them about the field of accounting.
Adopt-a-Mile
Beta Alpha Psi members and candidates help keep a section of Highway 280 clean on multiple Sundays throughout each semester.
